Redruth Charity Trust has received a considerable donation from the family of Beverley “Bev” Jeffery, a much loved Redruth resident who passed away aged 65 on 9th September 2021.

The Trust was chosen by Bev’s family to benefit from a share of donations made at her funeral service on 30th September. The service was attended by hundreds of her friends and family members, gathering to remember a special lady who loved Redruth and was active in the community, inspiring young people to embrace dance and music as she did.

Bev was a strong supporter of Redruth Charity Trust and regularly graced our fundraising events with her warmth and beautiful smile. £1000 has been presented to the Trust, which will consequently benefit the town’s various clubs and groups in her honour.

The trustees express their sympathies to Nigel, Oli, Morgan and all of Bev’s family, along with sincere thanks for their support for the charity.
